Do you store my photo?
No. Your image is used only to generate a biometric hash in memory. The original photo is never stored. ScanErase is based in Switzerland and operates under the nFADP, one of the world's strictest privacy frameworks.
What is the 48-hour removal timeline?
Under the 2026 TAKE IT DOWN Act, covered platforms are legally required to process the removal of non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of receiving a valid Section 223a Compliance Notice.
Does the TAKE IT DOWN Act cover AI-generated deepfakes?
